The “Advanced Open/Obstructed Test Proctor Course for Evaluating Drone Capabilities and Remote Pilot Proficiency” was developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in conjunction with the Science and Technology Directorate (S&T). The goal is right there in the title: evaluating capabilities and proficiency.'

3. Election Threats Task Force Briefs Election Officials and Workers on Grant Funding for Physical Election Security Enhancements

Update - 10/24/2022: SIGINT (which i thought was significant intelligence, as public knowledge in open-source domains, has the proper name of OSINT or Open-Source Intelligence) has been properly named as OSINT in the Headline.
